Mini Haul.. Bourjois Cosmetics Paris

my mini haul for today.. an assortment of eyeshadows and a red lipstick from bourjois paris.
i don't buy much eyeshadowss but since i've gotten a freebie shadow palette by bourjois from a purchase off priceline before.. thats when the love for bourjois began. I only own a lipstick and a 2 shadow palette that is actually by bourjois because the only thing holding me back is the price. I can't seem to justify spending $16.00 on eyeshadows i would hardly use but since they were on sale today i thought why the hell not?!

EDM Mothers Day Kit & other EDM goodies!!

i know mother's day has passed but a few days ago i just received my mothers day kit from EDM !! i totally love love the bamboo kabuki !! i really want another one but i think they are limited edition only and comes with the new mom blush.

i super love the new mom blush !! it just has enough red to give that
natural looking "winter flush" even on my tanned skin !!

i am so in love with the bamboo kabuki !! the bamboo kabuki is the same
as the long handled kabuki but only a shorter handle ! i find shorter handles
give more precision in application !! it is super full also !! i love EDM brushes.

since my cousin's wedding is coming i've been searching for a good foundation to use on the special day especially i am one of her brides maid and i would be in ALOT of the wedding photos so obviously i wanted to look great ! my cousin is getting married in august.. though i know its 3 months away i really really wanted to test some foundations out before the big day.. drugstore brands just don't work for me.. i have picky skin *lol* so i decided to "invest" some money on MAC's mineralize liquid foundation $48.00 at MAC counters. i got the NC40 shade and to my surprise it was lovely.. tested it out last night when i went out to a family dinner and i can tell you that my foundation didn't feather off and stay put all night ! i also didn't have any shine at all my face stayed matte all night despite the fact that i was busy running after my two year old and my little cousin. overall i think it is well worth the price.. you really get what you paid for !!

while i was stuck at home with the flu last week i decided i needed new lipsticks !! (not that i have anymore room in my bathroom!) so i drove my car out looking like the living dead and bought a few... in my opinion MUST HAVE lipsticks for this coming winter !!

there are two things i always look for in a lipstick
1. the lipstick HAS to have medium to high pigmentation.. to hide my darker upper lip.. i know eww right?!
2. the lipstick color has to be NUDE or close to my natural lipcolor.

The NP lipstick is my FIRST Napoleon purchase ever and it didn't disappoint ! I've heard alot of raves about Hollywood stars using NP makeup but i dismissed it until i saw this lovely shade of lipstick and i just HAD to get it !! The texture is absolutely smooth and glides on easily and it is pretty moisturising yet doesn't look like my lips have been glossed over. Lovely semi matte finish !! Totally worth the $36.00 !!

NP "Athens" & Maybelline "Nude Shell"

The Maybelline Mineral Lipstick is great for everyday application !! The lipstick itself is mineral based so you won't be slathering on a bunch of chemicals on your lips and the texture is so velvety smooth almost like gloss and is very moisturising. The down side of it is the color is quite sheer and for the price i guess you get what you pay for but i still love it !!

Moisture Extreme SPF 15 RRP: $14.95

i also bought two lipsticks from Maybelline which are also extremely lovely !! I'm really digging their Moisture Extreme line !! with SPF 15 and super smooth application and a lovely hint of watermelon scent i just couldn't resist !! i bought Peach Mocha and Nude Blush !! i just love their colors !!

i've read all over the EDM forum (read about it here!) about the goodness of this beauty oil and i was intrigued to try it. i have never tried beauty oil before because i was afraid it would make my skin look greasy but apparently this beauty oil gets absorbed by the skin and in days you would really see a difference !! so i started my quest looking for this beauty oil on the web and what a quest !! it took ages for me to find a website that actually ships the item internationally ! lucky i found iherb.com !! i was shocked to learn that Jason's Natural Beauty Oil is so affordable !! it cost me $ for three and the shipping to australia is so cheap !! anyway guys i will let you know when i get it and how it goes !! i will post all about it here !!

(read here!) i wanted to get my hands on these so called "miracle" powder!! so i made another order.. hopefully it will come just after my superkit order so i wouldn't look like a mad woman scouting down the australia post van for my much anticipated package !! i wish my superkit would come this week ! im living on samples right now :( lol anyway ladies heres my order !! by the way i got the personal kit !!
